- 7+ years enterprise software sales experience
- Demonstrable track record closing complex deals
- Deep knowledge of wealth management industry
- Deep knowledge of asset management industry
- Understanding of business challenges, regulatory landscape, and technology needs
- Existing network of senior relationships in Switzerland/DACH
- Proven ability to run consultative sales processes
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles (6–18 months)
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
- Strong French skills
- CFA or equivalent
- Experience selling portfolio management technology
- Experience selling risk analytics technology
- Experience selling compliance technology platforms
- Familiarity with structured products workflows
- Familiarity with front-office advisory tooling
- Background in wealth management prior to sales
- Background in private banking prior to sales
- Background in asset management prior to sales
Tasks
- Drive new business in DACH and broader European regions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for new clients
- Prospect, qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close deals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product specialists
- Deliver client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Shape go-to-market strategy and competitive positioning
- Represent Evooq at industry events and conferences
- Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams
