Requirements

  • •Strong product ownership expertise in AI and conversational bots
  • •Solid hands-on experience with agile frameworks and scaled agility, such as SAFe or Scrum
  • •Structured, focused, and solution-oriented working style
  • •High adaptability and strong decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
  • •Excellent communication skills with customer and user focus
  • •Experience managing external service providers and collaborating with diverse teams
  • •Scrum Master experience is a strong advantage
  • •Very good German and English language skills

  • •Establish effective ways of working in new teams
  • •Contribute to agile processes and ceremonies
  • •Act in a Scrum Master capacity when necessary
