Requirements

• •9 years experience with Undergraduate, 8 with Graduate, or 7 with Doctorate
• •Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
• •Essential Fundraising certificates and licenses
• •Professional experience in private sector fundraising or partnerships
• •Expertise in fundraising techniques and philanthropic trends
• •Project management experience and proven track record
• •Experience leading fundraising teams or managing colleagues
• •Ability to track performance and meet targets
• •Strategic planning, risk mitigation, and interest balancing
• •Stakeholder coordination and high-pressure environment management
• •Production of high-quality tailored written materials
• •Experience managing donor relationships in challenging markets
• •Experience in UN field or developing country
• •Knowledge of humanitarian or development programming
• •Specialized fundraising knowledge in legacies or planned giving
• •Familiarity with SharePoint 365 platform
• •Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

Tasks
