- •Partner with local leadership to execute people agendas

- •Handle complex HR cases and organizational design
- •Act as the local expert on German labor law
- •Provide HR guidance for Switzerland and Austria
- •Manage talent, performance, and succession planning
- •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on long-term hiring
- •Identify skill gaps and roll out learning initiatives
- •Lead cross-functional People projects like compensation and data
- •Coordinate with the international People Business Partner team
