Requirements

  • •Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or similar
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in BCM
  • •Proven project management and lateral leadership skills
  • •Strong capacity for detail and synthesis
  • •Exceptional communication skills and confidence
  • •Proactive mindset, calm under pressure, and results-driven
  • •Fluency in English plus one additional official Swiss language
  • •Knowledge of Crisis Response and Security standards (ISO/BS), experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, or Change Management
  • •Military leadership experience or equivalent

Education

Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification

Work Experience

5 years

Tasks

  • •Lead and maintain the Business Continuity Management program
  • •Identify and assess potential operational disruptions
  • •Act as a crisis facilitator during critical incidents
  • •Coach decentralized BCM teams on resilience and risk awareness
  • •Collaborate with IT, OT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit
  • •Lead exercises and communication initiatives for BCM
