Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • •Several years of professional experience in production environment
  • •Master's degree is a plus
  • •Profound experience in Operational Excellence
  • •Proven success in implementing Operational Excellence initiatives
  • •Advanced experience in project management
  • •Lean & Six Sigma Projects experience
  • •TPM deployment experience
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification recommended
  • •Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Experience in using mini-tab tools
  • •Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and German

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement the Global Operational Excellence Strategy
  • •Identify and execute process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma
  • •Lead training programs to enhance operational excellence capabilities
  • •Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices
  • •Lead cross-functional teams in improvement project execution
  • •Contribute to the development of the Business Operating System
  • •Monitor and optimize key performance indicators for critical initiatives
  • •Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to drive operational standards
  • •Define and execute the roadmap to excellence and continuous improvement activities
