Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in Swiss mortgage advisory and complex real estate financing
- •Professional background in private banking, wealth management, or a Swiss universal bank
- •Deep technical knowledge of Swiss mortgage products, affordability rules, collateral valuation and real estate market specifics
- •Customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking
- •Strong understanding of FINMA regulations, credit policy application, and risk frameworks
- •Fluency in Italian and English; French and German as additional assets

- •Oversee assessment and structuring of financing solutions
- •Prepare and deliver credit requests to Credit Risk and the Credit Committee
- •Promote best practices in affordability analysis and collateral valuations
- •Engage with (U)HNWI clients seeking financing for Swiss real estate
- •Deliver tailored mortgage solutions to clients
- •Collaborate with private banking and wealth planners for integrated client coverage
- •Represent the mortgage advisory function in client meetings and strategic discussions
- •Support implementation of digital tools and mortgage platforms
- •Enhance CRM systems and process automation for efficiency
- •Ensure high-quality advisory processes and documentation standards
- •Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk divisions to optimize workflows
