Key Account Manager Italian-speaking Switzerland(m/w/x)
Acquiring new enterprise customers for Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services at a telecommunications provider. Extensive ICT sales experience with complex B2B sales, long cycles, and C-level negotiation required. Client-facing role with frequent travel to enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ICT sales or Key Account Management, including complex B2B sales management
- Proven ability to understand client business models, develop value propositions, and negotiate high-value contracts
- Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, multi-stakeholder environments, and tailored solution architectures
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Managed Services)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; C-level stakeholder influence ability
- Emotional intelligence, strategic mindset, resilience, and long-term trust building ability
- Fluent Italian and English; German an advantage
Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Drive revenue growth
- Expand market share
- Acquire new enterprise customers
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
- Protect profit margins
- Lead internal teams and partners
- Deliver tailored ICT solutions
- Monitor account performance, profitability, and risks
- Ensure high client satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitors
- Propose innovative solutions proactively
- Manage escalations
- Resolve client issues promptly
- Guide complex sales processes
