Requirements
- •University degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- •7–10 years of experience in data management
- •Expertise in ERP systems and vendor master data (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, P2P lifecycle, TPRM frameworks)
- •Proven leadership experience, including team building and cross-functional collaboration
- •Strong understanding of ISO and data governance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, 9001, 38505-1)
- •Certifications such as CIMP, CDMP, or ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Experience with process transformation and global data strategy implementation is highly desirable

- •Develop and implement global data governance frameworks for vendor master data
- •Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across systems

- •Collaborate with global peers in data stewardship for alignment
- •Oversee audit readiness and data integrity
- •Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Drive change management and end-user training
- •Act as the main contact for procurement MDG topics, providing updates and recommendations
