Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Proven experience in data management, data governance, or similar role in regulated industry
  • •Demonstrated expertise in master data management, data cleansing, and data migration processes
  • •Experience collaborating with global, multi-site organizations, ideally in Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing
  • •Familiarity with data management tools, software platforms, and best practices, particularly SAP products
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in pharmaceutical and medtech industries

Tasks

  • •Define and implement data policies and governance frameworks
  • •Maintain comprehensive data governance frameworks
  • •Develop data object definitions for Master Data
  • •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
  • •Standardize master data practices across 40 manufacturing sites
  • •Collaborate with teams in Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing
  • •Facilitate training sessions on data literacy and governance best practices
  • •Oversee data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity
  • •Lead data migration efforts during business transformation projects
  • •Monitor data quality metrics and report KPIs to senior management
  • •Act as the primary contact for master data-related issues
  • •Provide guidance to data experts across various sites
  • •Resolve discrepancies in data management processes promptly
