- Produce user documentation and materials
- Enhance user understanding and engagement
- Optimize resource allocation through demand management
- Deliver the SC Intelligence communication approach
- Execute communication for the SCM Reporting Community
- Connect deliverables into a clear end-to-end view
- Coordinate with the SCM Data Foundation team
