- Drive demand intake and provide regular status updates
- Understand and address business needs and solutions
- Manage and challenge business expectations
- Build and drive project pipelines for savings
- Lead transformational supply chain network projects
- Execute sourcing initiatives and negotiate legal agreements
- Drive analysis, market intelligence, and benchmarking
- Support contract implementation and compliance
- Negotiate medium-sized contracts
- Participate in Category strategy upskilling sessions
- Develop global strategies for medium-sized categories
- Conduct comprehensive market research
- Maintain category information in the Non-Trade Procurement Database
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives
- Define P2P and buying channel strategies
- Advise on category-related issues
- Consolidate and communicate category achievements
- Act as Point of Contact for strategic suppliers
- Lead supplier development activities
- Set up cross-functional review meetings with suppliers
- Develop and nurture supplier relationships
- Communicate supplier updates to the Procurement organization
- Monitor supplier performance and fulfillment
- Identify and drive contract improvement opportunities
- Establish regular Business Review meetings with suppliers
