- •Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales roles and responsibilities
- •Demonstrated ability to work effectively with matrix teams
- •Experience managing needs in complex or multiple markets
- •Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
- •Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Influencing, negotiation and leadership skills
- •Strong critical thinking and decision-making capability
- •High level of digital proficiency
- •Identification and leveraging of state-of-the-art adult learning methodologies
- •German at mother tongue level; high English language skills

- •Act as a strategic business partner to provide innovative learning solutions
- •Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify commercial learning needs
- •Design and develop high-quality scientific and skill-based learning pathways
- •Create a learning strategy that aligns with local business objectives
- •Identify and leverage modern adult learning methodologies
- •Utilize worldwide commercialization learning initiatives at the market level
- •Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate learning initiative success
- •Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new team members
- •Collaborate with the WW Center of Excellence on learning initiatives
- •Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners
- •Report to the Head of Commercialization Learning for Germany, Austria & Switzerland
