Requirements

  • 10+ years in Organizational Change Management for large-scale transformations
  • Experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP finance transformations
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes
  • Ability to translate process/system changes into impacts for people
  • Experience designing/delivering change strategies, communication, training
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate and manage adoption risks
  • Track record of supporting teams through change
  • Track record of enabling successful adoption of new systems/processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end Change Management strategy for ERP transformation
  • Ensure business readiness and end-user adoption
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments
  • Develop and execute Change Management Plans
  • Apply structured change methodology
  • Guide stakeholder engagement and impact analysis
  • Develop communication strategies for clear messaging
  • Ensure alignment across senior management and end-users
  • Design and deploy end-user training programs
  • Ensure employees understand new processes and tools
  • Drive business readiness in organizational, process, and role areas
  • Track readiness and adoption KPIs
  • Monitor areas of resistance
  • Recommend targeted interventions
  • Provide hands-on support during key ERP milestones
  • Partner with Transformation team, GPOs, I&D, and IATA leaders
  • Identify and manage change impacts
  • Support BORA Transformation Lead on additional priorities
