Requirements

  • 5+ years in risk management or treasury
  • Strong understanding of European/BaFin regulatory frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative risk models
  • Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting tools
  • SQL skills (plus)
  • Python skills (plus)
  • Proven track record driving complex projects
  • Exceptional ability to mentor junior colleagues
  • Exceptional ability to articulate financial risks to C-level
  • Exceptional ability to articulate financial risks to external partners
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills (strong advantage)
  • Experience bridging financial and non-financial risk frameworks
  • Prior experience in fintech scale-up environment
