- •Serve as the General Counsel's primary backup
- •Manage all Legal and Compliance matters
- •Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- •Resolve legal and related commercial issues
- •Advise on Swiss labor law
- •Develop legal trainings and templates
- •Provide business-oriented legal guidance
- •Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
- •Implement global Legal and Compliance technology
- •Advocate for the company with external stakeholders
- •Identify and exploit cost-saving opportunities
- •Ensure quality and standardization of legal solutions
