Requirements

  • •Law degree from an accredited institution
  • •Qualification to practice law in at least one EMEA jurisdiction (UK, France, or Germany preferred)
  • •Experience advising on employment matters in a strategic manner
  • •Master’s degree in law from an accredited institution
  • •Experience working in a sophisticated corporate legal department for a company operating in multiple countries
  • •Proficiency in English, other languages are welcome
  • •Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

Tasks

  • •Manage labor and employment matters in EMEA
  • •Provide strategic advice on employment agreements and consultation processes
  • •Support compensation, benefits, performance, and disciplinary matters
  • •Lead internal investigations
  • •Oversee employment-related disputes and litigation with external counsel
  • •Develop and conduct training on labor and employment law topics
  • •Manage outside counsel on complex projects
  • •Monitor and manage legal issues and developments
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs
  • •Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
