Requirements

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Implementierung, Customer Delivery oder Projektmanagement (SaaS, HealthTech oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen (Krankenhausumfeld), Verständnis klinischer Prozesse und Strukturen
  • Sehr sicheres Projektmanagement-Handwerk (Scope, Timelines, Risiken, Eskalationen)
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management (Klinik-, C-Level, Geschäftsführung, IT, medizinische Entscheider)
  • Ausgeprägte Prozess- und Methodenkompetenz (Standards, Templates, Quality Gates), datenbasierte Arbeit mit Tracking und Reporting
  • Ownership für End-to-End Delivery, strukturierte und priorisierte Arbeitsweise in komplexen Projekten
  • Klare Kommunikation, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Bereitschaft für moderate Reisetätigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

Tasks

  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Krankenhaus-Implementierungen übernehmen
  • Timelines, Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken steuern
  • Zentrale Stakeholder auf Kundenseite steuern
  • Klare Kommunikation sicherstellen
  • Professionelles Eskalationsmanagement durchführen
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Product und Customer Success alle Anforderungen erfüllen
  • Reibungslose Go-Lives umsetzen
  • Projekttracking, Reports und Dokumentationen pflegen
  • Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Optimierung von Implementationsprozessen einbringen
