Requirements

  • •Collaborate on job architecture and rewards planning
  • •Lead strategic workforce planning for operational priorities
  • •Partner with recruiters to build diverse talent pipelines
  • •Champion an inclusive and high-performance culture
  • •Ensure compliance with Swiss and international labor laws
  • •Partner with legal and EHS on risk management
