Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of relevant experience in engineering or operations
  • •Minimum 5 years leading advanced LSS projects
  • •Fluency in French and English

Tasks

  • •Lead high-complexity Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • •Apply advanced statistical modeling and experimental design
  • •Develop enterprise project charters and align stakeholders
  • •Identify structural waste and systemic constraints
  • •Shape global Lean deployment strategies
  • •Facilitate major Kaizen and value-stream redesign events
  • •Deploy and mature Daily Management Systems
  • •Coach leaders on KPI design and problem-solving
  • •Implement standard work and visual management systems
  • •Mentor senior engineers and future Black Belts
  • •Deliver Lean Six Sigma certification curriculum
  • •Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
  • •Ensure initiatives meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • •Collaborate with Finance to validate project benefits
  • •Design enterprise dashboards and performance control plans
  • •Present strategic updates to executive sponsors
  • •Lead global operational maturity assessments
