- Senior HR leadership in industrial environments
- Expertise in German labour law and works councils
- Ability to advise senior leadership and strategy

- Balance of strategic perspective and operational execution
- Business acumen and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Autonomy in matrix environments and complexity
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
Tasks
- Partner with the Regional Managing Director to deliver the HR agenda
- Support organizational design and workforce planning across the German region
- Lead major transformation and change management initiatives
- Coach leaders to develop modern people leadership capabilities
- Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Champion an inclusive and high-performance culture
- Manage key HR cycles including performance and salary planning
- Oversee HR governance and compliance with global policies
- Provide guidance on labor law and collective agreements
- Lead a network of HR People Partners across Germany
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on integrated solutions
- Build constructive relationships with works councils and unions
- Manage employee relations in a fair and legally sound manner
