- Develop and implement organizational and workforce effectiveness solutions
- Drive talent and leadership development initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement across assigned functions
- Contribute to global and regional HR strategy
- Develop HR policies and programs
- Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber employees
- Consult with functional leaders on HR issues
- Provide HR consulting to managers and supervisors
- Develop workforce and talent plans to achieve goals
- Implement global HR initiatives in assigned areas
- Advise managers on performance management and organizational issues
- Coach managers to improve talent management capabilities
- Direct staff to Global HR Shared Services
- Coordinate with HR Operations for high-quality service delivery
- Handle escalated employee relations, discipline, and terminations
- Collaborate with Communities of Expertise on HR programs
- Manage labor relations and Union or Works Council negotiations
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Promote and lead organizational change
