- Shortening delivery cycles and improving time to market
- Using AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
Tasks
- Become an expert in the technical landscape and medical education needs
- Drive the delivery of a personalized learning experience using analytical insights
- Scale the platform for global users across medical disciplines
- Own features from design to deployment and iterate based on impact
- Develop testable prototypes and convert them into production systems
- Contribute to the product roadmap and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, medical editors, and marketers
- Share knowledge and practices to strengthen the engineering culture
