- Optimize rendering, loading times, and data fetching
- Monitor and address performance bottlenecks and errors
- Implement automated testing and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Write well-structured, tested, and documented code
- Conduct code reviews for maintainability and technical excellence
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Support and mentor other developers
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and technical options
- Guide migration paths and architectural improvements
- Define and evolve engineering processes and standards
- Optionally support integration with Python-based backend services
