As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will shape the frontend ecosystem by defining best practices, guiding teams through technical challenges, and collaborating on innovative solutions. Your expertise will empower engineers to deliver high-quality software efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• •Extensive experience with modern frontend development
• •Experience with React (hooks, context, advanced patterns)
• •Experience with TypeScript
• •Experience with CSS ecosystem (CSS‑in‑JS, CSS modules, PostCSS, etc.)
• •Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, SWC, Babel)
• •Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and testing
• •Proven experience driving cross‑team technical initiatives
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineering communities
• •Experience with agile methodologies
• •Fluency in English
• •Basic understanding of Java or backend concepts
• •Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
• •Strong enthusiasm for exploring and adopting AI‑powered tools and solutions
• •Exposure to micro‑frontend architectures
• •Experience with Python or other languages
• •Passion for frontend technologies and ecosystem evolution
• •Proactive, self‑driven mindset
• •Ability to lead by example and inspire others

Tasks

• •Define and promote technical guidelines and best practices
• •Collaborate on Tech Radar updates with technical communities
• •Conduct technological surveys through conferences and POCs
• •Evaluate and adopt frameworks for current needs
• •Maintain frontend application templates and Microfrontend library
• •Support teams with technical migrations and performance issues
• •Collaborate with the architecture team on frontend architecture
• •Create automations for library upgrades and tech debt reduction
• •Communicate technology choices to internal and external audiences
• •Provide self-service development capabilities to engineers
• •Contribute to frontend-related tooling, libraries, and guidelines
• •Guide teams in adopting solutions through presentations and workshops
• •Collaborate with technical stakeholders to evolve the frontend stack
• •Align with Frontend developers and SWE Platforms Foundation
• •Participate in the Frontend Community of Practice and Governance Committee
• •Define and maintain fitness functions for frontend technologies
• •Assist teams with complex frontend migrations and improvements
• •Assess emerging frontend trends for corporate fit
• •Support team members through coaching and peer review
