Requirements
- Experience in formula development (luxury skin care)
- Profound know-how on formulation technologies

- Focus on luxury texture
- Fluent English
- Good German language knowledge (beneficial)
Tasks
- Lead formula development projects (reformulation, re-innovation, innovation)
- Develop luxury skincare formulations at lab scale
- Ensure product stability
- Oversee lab-to-production scale-up on time and in quality
- Analyze competitor luxury textures and propose new technologies
- Propose new luxury textures for future formulations
- Understand cosmetic ingredients for luxury skincare
- Create luxury texture formula prototypes in the lab
- Conduct necessary tests (stability, compatibility, microbiology, efficacy, stress)
- Manage handover testing
- Ensure quality of produced formulas (specifications, raw materials, sensory profile)
- Provide lab-scale manufacturing procedures for industrialization
- Support upscaling activities to pilot batch size
- Represent R&D in cross-functional project teams
- Communicate project status to interfaces
- Flag project risks and challenges
- Propose mitigation measures for risks and challenges
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
