- Lead the improvement of application recipes and lab processes
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
- Deliver impactful application concepts for strategic projects
- Conduct sensory evaluations and monitor product quality
- Maintain product stability, performance, and consistency
- Investigate innovative raw materials, technologies, and processes
- Deliver internal trainings and workshops on application best practices
- Help build and shape the future R&D application team
- Partner with Sensory Science for internal flavour development
