Senior Flight Control System Engineer(m/w/x)
Designing and integrating primary/secondary flight controls for zero-emission electric microliners at electric aircraft developer. 8+ years hands-on experience with mechanically actuated aircraft flight controls development (Part 23/DOA) required. Flexible work schedule, occasional remote work.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in mechanically actuated aircraft flight control systems development (Part 23, DOA, or equivalent)
- Strong background in systems engineering for flight controls (requirement capture, functional decomposition, interface definition, traceability)
- Expertise in design, integration, assembly, testing of mechanical primary flight control systems (kinematics, load transmission, tolerance, friction, free-play, troubleshooting)
- Proven experience across full product development lifecycle (conceptual architecture, preliminary design, detailed design, verification, validation, certification (Part 23 or Part 25))
- Solid understanding of airworthiness and certification processes (compliance demonstration, authority interaction)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Additional European languages (asset)
- Proficiency in PLM and CAD systems
- Dassault's 3DX platform (plus)
- Self-driven, solution-oriented professional
