In this role, you will drive financial performance by partnering with manufacturing and innovation teams to optimize costs and evaluate strategic capital investments for the company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing finance, R&D, or Big 4 audit
  • Understanding of standard cost accounting and FP&A
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with programmatic cost-saving initiatives
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Fluency in French and English

Tasks

  • Partner with manufacturing and NPD management teams
  • Identify and accelerate cost-saving opportunities with OPEX
  • Serve as the site finance lead deputy
  • Support Tier 3 management during weekly gemba walks
  • Develop business cases for capital investment opportunities
  • Create ad hoc reports and financial presentations
  • Execute special projects and management requests
  • Align finance support with global stakeholder objectives
