Requirements
- •Advanced training in accounting
- •10+ years proven professional experience in a Swiss SME or international environment
- •Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting and payroll software, ideally Abacus and/or Bexio, or comparable systems
- •Precise, independent, and structured working style
- •High level of discretion and strong sense of responsibility
- •Team-oriented, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
- •Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level) and German skills (C1 level)
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Tasks
- •Manage company accounting processes
- •Handle payment transactions and liquidity planning
- •Oversee the monthly payroll run, including social insurances and tax at source
- •Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
- •Manage the annual consolidation process
- •Provide controlling support for cost-effective financial management
- •Produce evaluations, analyses, and statistical reports
- •Prepare VAT returns, including group taxation
- •Coordinate with external auditors, fiduciary partners, and authorities
- •Support internal financial and process-improvement projects
- •Perform general administrative tasks related to finance
- •Lead financial planning and analysis activities
- •Evaluate the financial viability of new business opportunities
- •Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives
- •Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls
- •Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
