  • •Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • •Experience in top-tier audit and senior controlling
  • •Experience with group consolidation and reporting
  • •Experience in structured international organizations
  • •Advanced Excel skills
  • •Experience with ERP and consolidation systems
  • •High integrity and accountability
  • •Detail-driven and execution-focused approach
  • •Comfortable working across cultures and timezones
  • •Confident communication and interaction skills
  • •Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Fluent English and German skills

Tasks

  • •Perform monthly group financial consolidation
  • •Apply and document Swiss GAAP accounting policies
  • •Improve group accounting policies continuously
  • •Oversee statutory accounts and audits
  • •Coordinate with external auditors
  • •Design and implement internal control systems
  • •Strengthen finance governance and closing discipline
  • •Support risk management and policy compliance
  • •Monitor bank covenants and external requirements
  • •Produce monthly management and Board reporting
  • •Track KPIs and provide performance insights
  • •Consolidate group budgets and multi-year plans
  • •Maintain budget-to-actual reporting across entities
  • •Manage reporting for banks and lenders
  • •Professionalize finance processes and workflows
  • •Drive efficiency and scalability in operations
  • •Support M&A activities and structural integrations
