- Building comprehensive road maps to translate organisational vision to operational level
- Effectively managing budget, optimising human and financial resources
- Making timely decisions balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
- Leveraging support networks across the Organisation
- Spoken and written English and French
Tasks
- Lead CERN's participation in the ESCAPE Collaboration
- Steer and shape ESCAPE activities for High Energy Physics
- Represent CERN in the ESCAPE Collaboration board
- Strengthen CERN's leadership in ESCAPE governance
- Drive ESCAPE to converge on a common Open Science vision
- Engage with other European science clusters
- Foster alignment of infrastructure projects for research
- Coordinate CERN's participation in the next EC funding round
- Lead proposals for Scientific Clusters
