- Oversee media measurement operations across 12+ countries
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and efficiency in operations
- Drive standardization, cost optimization, and automation
- Define and manage business-relevant media measurement KPIs
- Present and defend KPIs and methodologies to external stakeholders
- Lead panel recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance panel operations
- Drive global best practices and process centralization
- Develop a high-performing, globally distributed operations team
- Act as a strategic partner for senior leadership and clients
- Foster continuous improvement in audience measurement methodologies
- Implement cost-efficient structures leveraging centralized hubs
- Enhance data quality through automation and workflow optimization
- Oversee panel recruitment and incentivization strategies
- Manage global panel relationship with effective tooling
- Collaborate with technology and local teams for panel technologies
- Ensure seamless integration of panel methodologies with big data
- Define and monitor quality KPIs and SLAs for client delivery
- Implement data validation processes for audience measurement integrity
