Requirements
- Minimum 10 years aerospace/defence sales experience
- Strong track record in government/military programs
- Proven success in complex B2G/B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related
- MBA preferred
- Manage complex sales cycles and stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with OEMs, system integrators, mission equipment suppliers
- Fluent English
- Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally
- Results-driven and proactive
- Operate effectively in multicultural/international environments
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities in government and special mission aviation
- Develop and secure new business opportunities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with company strategy
- Lead early customer engagement
- Shape capture strategies for key opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities into successful programs
- Represent Jet Aviation at industry events
- Engage with key stakeholders
