Tasks
- Ensure project compliance with Part 145, Airworthiness Authority, and Jet Aviation policies
- Lead and manage cabin installation completion projects
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactively manage project timelines and milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Implement recovery plans for on-time project delivery
- Control project budgets and monitor costs
- Plan and manage incidental project expenses
- Implement corrective and preventive actions from audits
- Review and improve operational processes
- Enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Support internal and external customer requirements
- Execute cabin installation projects per POE & MOE procedures
- Ensure projects meet regulatory and certification requirements
- Lead aircraft ground testing activities
- Plan and prepare ground tests
- Chair ground test readiness and coordination meetings
- Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Production
- Resolve technical and operational issues
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams
- Ensure effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Align project activities with organizational objectives
