Tasks
- Take end-to-end ownership of Finance data and digital systems
- Continuously innovate and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manage the BC product backlog: triage, prioritize, and implement improvements
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI-powered features and automation tools
- Design and build Finance automation workflows using Power Automate, AI agents, and API integrations
- Create and maintain advanced KPI dashboards and predictive analytics solutions
- Serve as the internal SME for all Finance system questions
- Reduce external consultant dependency
- Drive month-end close to WD4 or earlier across all Group entities
- Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, IT, FP&A, PMO, and Corporate Development
- Support the Finance team with a start-up mindset
- Champion innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
