Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in leading multi-wave ERP transformations
  • Ideally, 7+ years experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling or IT with ERP focus, or Business Process Management (R2R) experience
  • Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP implementations
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related ERP systems
  • Strong strategic planning, change management skills, and resilience
  • Independent work, global team collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in measurable benefits tracking
  • Excellent English communication skills with executive stakeholders; additional languages a plus

Tasks

  • Drive multiwave ERP transformation across 25+ countries
  • Shape key business decisions with the IT Program Lead
  • Lead change management activities
  • Guide global stakeholders through finance transformation
  • Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions
  • Manage program timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
  • Define and own the business change strategy
  • Manage communication for the business change strategy
  • Conduct key user training
  • Drive country readiness
  • Enforce Fit to Standard principles
  • Ensure localization governance
  • Ensure adherence to budgets
  • Support reliable benefits tracking post go-live
  • Oversee the migration strategy
  • Ensure quality business input for mapping and design
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
  • Support governance of the Global Finance Template
