Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 10+ years IT and 8+ years solution architecture
  • Strong Finance/Controlling background, manufacturing preferred
  • 3+ years team leadership experience
  • Ability to translate requirements into solutions
  • Decision-making skills and innovation mindset
  • Experience with BizTalk, MuleSoft, or ABAP
  • SAP certifications and best practices experience
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Tasks

  • Define the overall SAP technical solution
  • Ensure cross-module and integrated application alignment
  • Lead the global R2R solution architect team
  • Guide solution design, quality, and consistency
  • Drive requirements engineering for SAP functionality
  • Determine standard functionality versus custom enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on cost-efficient designs
  • Translate functional designs into detailed specifications
  • Oversee documentation and maintain training materials
  • Support validation and prioritization of business demands
  • Communicate technical specifications to development teams
  • Participate in unit testing and UAT support
  • Resolve defects to ensure solution readiness
  • Provide expert guidance on emerging SAP technologies
  • Manage workstream interdependencies across end-to-end streams
