Requirements

• •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• •Experience and enjoyment of conceptual development
• •Product development of plastic products
• •CAD skills
• •Open minded, positive, and self-organizing
• •Systematic, creative, and innovative problem-solving
• •Technical project management
• •CAD skills with Siemens NX
• •Toolmaking for injection molding
• •Experience with medical/dental devices or packaging
• •Automation technology
• •Simulation technology or self-executed simulations
• •Electrical engineering
• •Tolerance calculations
• •GPS-drawings
• •German and English spoken and written

Tasks

• •Develop new technologies and products for fluid handling systems
• •Lead design control during concept and product development
• •Implement Design-for-Manufacturing processes using 3D CAD modeling
• •Manage technical aspects of exploratory pre-development projects
• •Execute workstreams to strengthen technical core competencies
• •Support development projects with technical expertise and investigations
• •Prepare technical specifications, implementation, and validation documentation
• •Assess design verification, metrology, and mechanical testing reports
• •Coordinate with external development partners and suppliers
• •Identify innovations for adhesives, dental, and healthcare segments
• •Monitor market trends and new product developments
• •Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and departments
