- Translate strategy into high-quality design solutions
- Ensure design solutions align with corporate objectives
- Deliver premium assets for senior leadership
- Provide expert guidance on visual best practices
- Autonomously lead high-impact design projects
- Manage projects from briefing to final delivery
- Ensure project requirements are met
- Honor project deadlines
- Lead high-visibility or sensitive projects
- Conduct critical brand risk assessments
- Provide strategic creative direction
- Act as subject matter expert on visual identity
- Advise stakeholders on visual identity
- Ensure deliverables align with corporate standards
- Design high-level corporate presentations and materials
- Facilitate alignment across global functions and teams
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into design solutions
- Provide quality oversight to junior team members
- Offer creative guidance to junior team members
- Guide external agency partners
- Maintain high output standards
- Drive continuous improvement of design tools and templates
