Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
  • 7+ years experience in information management, data governance, data modeling
  • Appreciated experience in business process modeling
  • Technical architecture for data exchange messaging and API solutions
  • Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, physical data modeling
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, interoperable data models
  • Experience applying data governance framework (data quality, stewardship, metadata, vocabularies)
  • Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN 2.0, XML, JSON, API schema design
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Architecture and data modeling tools (Sparx EA)
  • Experience gathering, validating, documenting business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences

  • Align data models with enterprise architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into normalized data models.

  • Translate business requirements into integration models.
  • Define enterprise data modeling standards.
  • Enforce enterprise data modeling standards.
  • Ensure cross-system consistency and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with industry and internal data teams.
  • Design data flows and integration patterns.
  • Design target-state data architecture.
  • Support data engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot data-model-related issues.
  • Optimize schema designs.
  • Reverse-engineer models from various platforms.
  • Deliver training and consulting sessions.
  • Develop clear training materials.
  • Guide users on modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on support for data modeling adoption.
