Description

In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge Agentic AI applications while ensuring quality and compliance. You will collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows and provide training, making a real impact on health solutions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and/or AI engineering
• •Experience in deploying and maintaining Agentic and/or RAG-based applications using Databricks or equivalent
• •Experience in building successful monitoring capabilities for AI solutions in production
• •Experience in building machine learning models and promoting ML pipelines
• •Proficiency in Python with a focus on task orchestration and machine learning libraries
• •Experience with cloud platforms
• •Azure or Databricks certification
• •Knowledge of MLflow
• •Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare

Tasks

• •Design, implement, and maintain Agentic AI applications
• •Monitor models and solutions for quality assurance
• •Implement and maintain knowledge graphs for critical information
• •Design, automate, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
• •Create and manage data and orchestration pipelines for generative AI
• •Collaborate with IT and data science teams on AI integration
• •Provide training and support to end-users as needed
• •Ensure AI solutions comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards
• •Coach teams on onboarding and leveraging AI technologies
