- Solid experience in CRM operations, data-driven marketing, or digital transformation within luxury, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, automation, data cleaning)
- Strong experience with CRM automatic & lifetime journeys
- Solid experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Detail-oriented

- Fluent English
- French language skills (a plus)
