- Drive CRM workflow strategy, design, and optimization across platforms
- Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop new tools to enhance boutique staff capabilities
- Partner with regional teams to train boutique staff
- Align clienteling tactics with retail and marketing teams
- Boost CRM tool adoption with retail and marketing teams
- Build and optimize CRM automatic journeys
- Create advanced Salesforce reports
- Perform ongoing data quality checks for accurate reporting
