Requirements
- •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or globally recognized professional qualification
- •Minimum 4 years of leadership experience, ideally internationally and remotely
- •Minimum 7 years of work experience in commercial management, especially commercial project controlling
- •Minimum 4 years of work experience in Business Controlling or similar functions
- •Sound knowledge in contractual and legal matters related to customer contracts
- •Experience collaborating in an international work environment
- •Service/delivery orientation and strong business mindset
- •Self-motivation and strong commitment to quality
- •Excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- •Collaborative, team-oriented personality with ability to drive change
- •Experience in tool and process implementations
- •High proficiency in MS Excel, BW, SAC, Power BI, Power Query, and S4H
- •Understanding of data structures and ability to leverage AI and other tools to automate processes
- •Fluency in English

- •Serve as a trusted finance and commercial partner for the Service Division
- •Ensure full performance transparency and safeguard financial integrity
- •Analyze and interpret financial data to support effective business steering
- •Evaluate strategic and operational alternatives and recommend solutions
- •Improve existing tools and define new data analysis and visualization requirements
- •Act as line manager for Country Finance Managers in allocated countries
- •Guide Country Finance Managers to achieve consistent standards and high-quality output
- •Establish and enhance global standards for risk, contract, and business reviews
- •Contribute to yearly Business Review Meetings to drive local business performance
- •Manage the yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for allocated countries
- •Translate strategy into business plans with ambitious and measurable targets
- •Evaluate financial implications of decisions and build scenarios
- •Monitor and analyze financial performance across multiple dimensions and periods
- •Deliver insights to support optimal decision-making on global and local levels
- •Drive financial transparency, cost structure optimization, and productivity improvements
- •Issue early warnings of significant deviations and drive corrective actions
- •Ensure risk and contract reviews are executed in line with global policies
- •Act as deputy owner of global risk and contract review processes
- •Shape contractual agreements and advise on entitlements to protect cash flow
- •Analyze contract margins against standard transactional business and forecasts
- •Ensure timely provision of high-quality financial data in line with US-GAAP
- •Support the semi-annual assurance letter process respecting Group Controlling guidelines
- •Ensure timely preparation and filing of accurate statutory financial statements
- •Hold Country Finance Managers accountable for accurate tax return preparation
- •Support coordination of external financial and tax audits
- •Act as Secretary to the local Board of Directors
- •Manage global commercial value flows and FX exposure
- •Oversee credit risk management process within the Service Division
- •Provide financial and commercial training to Service Division staff
