Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant professional certification
- •Experience in Accounting, Finance experience in FP&A
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work with large volumes of data and apply statistical tools
- •Ability to provide recommendations for business strategies
- •Self-motivation and commitment to quality
- •Excellent organization skills and teamwork
- •Experience in tool and process implementation
- •Understanding of data structure and leveraging AI tools

Tasks
- •Act as a business partner to senior leadership, CEO, CFO, and Division Controllers
- •Define and implement Group standard FP&A processes and agendas
- •Coordinate and lead FP&A tasks such as business plan preparation and performance analysis
- •Supervise and facilitate regular and special FP&A analytical tasks
- •Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue and expenses
- •Generate insights into cost drivers and user metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
- •Collaborate with management to model the impact of trends on financial performance
- •Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing unexpected variances
- •Provide timely recommendations based on financial information for optimal decision-making
- •Benchmark key performance indicators against external and internal peers
- •Develop tools for predicting forward-looking scenarios with Division controllers
- •Drive improved estimating and forecasting accuracy using various tools
- •Prepare ad hoc financial modeling and business projects as needed
- •Support the implementation of standardized processes for financial planning
- •Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives
- •Aid initiatives for excellence in financial control and process improvement
- •Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the Finance community
- •Organize and deliver training on financial tools and processes
- •Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures
- •Manage and improve monthly functional cost and segment reporting
