- •3-5 years of professional experience in real estate advisory or architectural studies
- •Robust knowledge of valuation methodologies for Swiss real estate properties
- •Fluency in German and excellent command of English
- •Structured, precise, attention to detail, and interdisciplinary thinking
- •Ability to present information to an audience and deliver assessments in structured form
- •Independence, high commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills

- •Assess the general condition of buildings considering ESG criteria
- •Conduct independent project development valuations and scenario calculations

- •Analyze operational costs and perform benchmarking
- •Review public law restrictions and advise on value-added tax
- •Provide general client advice on enhancing property value
- •Develop marketing strategies and concepts with the marketing department
- •Expand and maintain client relationships and participate in trade fairs
- •Engage in cross-selling and client prospecting with Bank Julius Bär
