Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, engineering, architecture, economics, or MBA
  • •6-10 years of relevant working experience, minimum 4 years in real estate valuations
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; proficiency in French advantageous
  • •Profound knowledge of Swiss real estate market and strong networking with major Swiss real estate owners
  • •Experience in creating complex financial models and familiarity with real estate legislation
  • •Background in real estate valuation, acquisition due diligence, asset management, finance, or market research
  • •Ability to work across different areas, including M&A and Transaction Support
  • •Innovative, dynamic, and outgoing personality; memberships in professional associations like RICS advantageous
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with real estate databases and financial modeling preferred
