- Drive value engineering and manage early scope gaps and changes
- Lead contractor and vendor management on-site
- Oversee change control, cost reviews, and schedule reporting
- Ensure strong document control, QA/QC processes, and issue resolution
- Provide early warnings on budget, schedule, and risk
- Act as key liaison between commissioning teams, contractors, and owner stakeholders
- Initiate and manage project close-out, snag lists, and documentation
- Finalize change orders, quality issues, invoices, warranties, and O&M materials
- Support final project accounting
- Champion HSE standards, compliance, and company safety initiatives
- Mentor team members and maintain professional development
