- Basic knowledge of construction estimation and financial documents

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability for on-site work in Zug, Switzerland
Tasks
- Develop governance, communication, and management control systems
- Review and recommend organizational structure alignment
- Manage contractor interfaces
- Monitor team performance and implement safety improvements
- Audit compliance with management systems
- Engage in project risk management
- Assign and drive risk mitigation activities
- Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
- Manage client stage gateway reviews
- Ensure design stage deliverables meet schedule and quality
- Conduct daily site progress reviews
- Review HSE, logistics, and progress against the program
- Produce formal project progress reports
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
- Administer contracts to protect client interests
- Issue timely company invoices and receipts
